Why train with an FMS certified personal trainer?
“The FMS signifies an intuitive evolution of the exercise, fitness and health profession.” —Functional Movement Systems
When you train with a personal trainer who is a Functional Movement Specialist you will receive a custom fitness plan that will help you strengthen your body and improve your performance. Kathy is one of the only personal trainers in Savannah qualified to perform a Functional Movement Screen. She will identify any movement patterns that could be causing you performance issues, or pain and discomfort, and provide you with corrective exercises that will enable you to move better during exercise and in your daily life.
