All new clients complete a 1.5 hour fitness evaluation and Functional Movement Screen. This initial evaluation allows Kathy to learn how your body moves in order to design a fitness plan that will help you move better and prevent injury.

Group fitness sessions allow you to complete your own fitness plan, receive feedback from Kathy, and enjoy the company of others.
Private Fitness Session

Private fitness sessions are available for those clients in need of a personal, individual session for their workout. Session times are limited.
Written Fitness Program

Are you headed out of town? Training for a certain event? Prefer to workout at home? Kathy will design a fitness program for you to follow.
Studio Membership

Available for current clients who wish to work out on their own when the studio has open space on the schedule. Not open to the general public.
